GUIDELINES

WHAT IS CHOICALE WEEK?
❧ ChoiCale Week (or CHCH Week) is a fanweek celebrating the Choi Han/Cale Henituse ship from Lout of Count's Family. This year, it will be held for seven days from July 2 to July 8, though we will continue sharing submissions until July 23.


WHAT WORKS WILL BE ACCEPTED?
❧ ChoiCale Week will accept various types of fan content including art, fics, Twitter threads, and playlists.❧ The works must focus on the pairing of Choi Han x Cale Henituse. Based on the results of our interest check, "Cale Henituse" can refer to Kim Roksu in Cale Henituse's body, the original Cale Henituse, or Kim Roksu.❧ Reversing the pairing (top!Cale and bottom!Choi Han) is the personal choice of the content creator. However, you must tag appropriately with #choicale or #calechoi on Twitter so that it can be filtered. If a top/bottom pairing is not relevant for your work, you do not need to use these tags.❧ NSFW works are accepted as well. You should tag these with #chchweek_nsfw.❧ Works in languages other than English are accepted. If you write in English or Indonesian, use the official names: Rowoon Kingdom and Lout of Count's Family, for instance. Click here for the list of names from the official translations.❧ You are NOT allowed to use or edit other people's works without their permission. If you draw inspiration from a source other than our prompts, make sure to give credit.❧ Works must be new for ChoiCale Week. However, you MAY update an old work of yours (such as by redrawing a picture or writing a new chapter of a multi-chapter work) as long as it fits the prompt.


PLATFORMS
❧ Based on our interest check, the mods will retweet and host spaces on Twitter; organize a collection on AO3; and have a public Discord.❧ Works can be posted on other platforms, if you would like! Just know that we won't be able to promote your work unless you send us a message or cross-post on Twitter.


TAGS
❧ Consumers are responsible for their own consumption. The following are the tags that will be used for this year’s CHCH Week
#chchweek2023, #chchweek_nsfw, #choicale, #calechoi❧ We recommend filtering out the NSFW tag if you are a minor and filtering out the reversible tag if you are particular about ship dynamics.❧ Creators should also tag responsibly. In addition to the tags above, please use your discretion to tag for any potentially triggering or dark content.

100 DAY CELEBRATION
❧ July 8 marks 100 days since Choi Han and Cale's first meeting.
❧ To celebrate, CHCH Week 2023 will host a Twitter Space in which we'll share and showcase our favorite works. You can suggest a written work (100-word excerpt) or showcase your own ChoiCale artwork--past or present! For the celebration event, the submissions do NOT have to be new for CHCHWeek 2023. We just want to see all the ChoiCale. ALL of it.

GARTIC PHONE
❧ On July 9, we'll be playing a drawing game with CHCH-themed prompts!
❧ You're welcome to join no matter your art level.
❧ The invite link will be sent to Discord and Twitter on the day of!


GIVEAWAY RAFFLE RULES
❧ As you complete works for each day of CHCH Week, you will be eligible to receive a stamp on our exclusive CHCH Stamp Card (final version coming soon!)
❧ If 3+ stamps are collected, you are eligible to win a Tier-2 prize. A drawing will commence once CHCH Week ends, and there will be 2 submission winners selected for Tier-2.
❧ If all 7 stamps are collected, you are eligible to win a Tier-1 prize. A drawing will commence once CHCH Week ends, and there will only be 1 winner selected for Tier-1.

BINGO RAFFLE RULES
❧ As you read and enjoy various art pieces throughout CHCH Week, you can fill out our BINGO CARD (Black | Red) throughout the week and submit once CHCH ends to be eligible for a prize.
❧ Users may only submit EITHER the black card OR the red card, but not both.
❧ You must have at least ONE full-row, full-column, or full-diagonal line on your bingo sheet to be eligible.
❧ If you can complete 1 row/column/diagonal, you will be entered to win a Tier-2 prize. A drawing will commence once CHCH Week ends, and there will be 1 winner selected for the Tier-2 prize.
❧ If you can complete THREE rows/columns/diagonal, you will be entered to win a Tier-1 prize. A drawing will commence once CHCH Week ends, and there will be 1 bingo winner will be selected for Tier-1.


PRIZES
❧ Tier-1: Original merchandise from various CHCH fan artists. (ALT: 2-5k word fic OR one bust-up art piece).
❧ Tier-2: 1-3k word fic OR an icon art.

ELIGIBILITY
❧ Only 18 years or older winners are eligible to receive merch as the prize due to custom/import tax.
❧ Minor winners will automatically receive fic or art from the CHCH Week mods as compensation.
❧ Must be willing to provide address & phone numbers.
❧ Shipment will be sent in Aug-Sept 2023 from United States.
(Compensation will be given if your country is not available for delivery)
❧ Custom/Import Tax could be charged on the package upon arrival to your country. You may have to pay additional charges in order to collect your package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the local tax in your country.
❧ Estimated delivery time 2-4 weeks.
❧ Please check your shipping address. If there are any changes on the address, please contact us ASAP.
